The North Way Studio is not responsible for any breaks, scratches, or mishaps with the client's gemstone as it was insured separately by the client prior to beginning the ring.
Please allow around 16 work weeks for creation once we receive the stone.

✥ Please note: Ready to Ship pieces will be on their way within a week, unless they need to be resized. Sizing takes around five full work weeks, sometimes longer if a sizing portion needs to be carved to match textures. Heirloom Settings take an average of 16 weeks to ship.
