Two small surface issues on underside of stones. Tiny flea bites at girdle under magnification. As noted above, one edge of the rounded bottom is slightly more rounded than the other. I don't believe it will be as noticeable once on the hand, but it would be best to embrace the uniqueness of it as it's a lovely sapphire--just a little organic in shape.
